Please be aware I’m no chef I just have a love for cooking. I don’t measure I just add a dash of this or a sprinkle of that to create most of my recipes.
Cut a pineapple down the center, then cut out most of the inside.
(I didn’t throw away the inside,I placed into a container for a later snack)
boil white rice, then fry using soy sauce and butter or cooking oil until rice is brown
Saute vegetables of your choice, I used carrots and green beans
Saute shrimp and lightly coat with teriyaki sauce
(OPTIONAL) Light grill
put the fried rice, chicken, veggies and shrimp inside the pineapple
Put on grill for 15- 20 min or an oven set to 350
Dinner is served.Enjoy
